Join us in the studio for a 2 hour group workshop where we will collage decals on to tumblers. You will be given a set of 2 small flat white tumblers to decorate with a wide range of stock ceramic decals.

During this workshop you will learn how to apply decals to glazed pots, and be given a demonstration of decorative possibilities. No prior experience is required, just come with an open mind and be able to use a pair of scissors!

Your work will be fired one final time in the kiln to fuse the decals to the pots, and will be ready to collect in approximately one week. All tumblers are wheel thrown and hand-made in the studio, and are finished with a semi-glossy transparent glaze which accentuates the bright decals. The pottery is microwave and dishwasher safe, however we always recommend handwashing.

Wednesday August 26th at The Pottery Studio (99 King street, G1 5RB, next to Mono). The venue is wheelchair accessible. Appropriate for ages 16+

Class will run from 6:30-8:30, with tea and light refreshments provided.
